When words aren’t enough, we might use Art Therapy to express what’s hidden beneath the surface, or EFT (Tapping) to help your nervous system find some peace when the world feels too loud. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be exactly who you are, seen for your strengths and not just your struggles.

Absolutely! I offer therapy exclusively online, so you can meet with me from the comfort of your own home.
For virtual art therapy, you’ll use materials you already have on hand, and I’ll guide you through the creative process just as I would in person — making it easy, relaxed, and accessible wherever you are.
In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, and if you’re open to it, we can explore using art therapy as part of your healing journey. It’s a relaxed and open space to help you feel comfortable.
It depends on your extended health benefit plan. Many plans cover sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). You’ll need to check with your provider to confirm your coverage. Please note that RCC sessions are not covered by basic MSP (Medical Services Plan) coverage.

My approach is shaped by my background as an emergency nurse and my own path as a creative person. This allows me to offer a unique blend of calm, clinical grounding and intuitive, creative support, no matter what you’re going through.
